Excellence in Your Wear. A Textile Heritage Behind Every Garment.
Combining textile knowledge, garment manufacturing expertise, and an
international perspective.
Waveline Ltd is a Mauritius-based textile and apparel manufacturing company with a heritage built around textiles and a growing expertise in knit and woven garment manufacturing.
Located in Curepipe, Mauritius, our journey has been shaped by a deep understanding of textiles, a commitment to manufacturing excellence and a continuous desire to evolve with the apparel industry.
Our story began more than a decade ago with our involvement in textile mills. This was the foundation on which Waveline was built. Working with textiles from an early stage gave us the opportunity to develop practical knowledge of fabrics, materials, construction, performance and finishing.
Over time, we expanded beyond the textile mill environment and moved into garment manufacturing, developing capabilities across both knit and woven apparel. Today, Waveline brings these two areas of expertise together: the knowledge of textiles and the experience of garment manufacturing. This combination defines who we are.
Every company has a beginning. Ours began with textiles.
More than ten years ago, Waveline started its journey with a focus on the textile mill sector. At that time, our primary objective was to understand and develop expertise in the materials that form the foundation of every garment. This experience became an important part of our identity.
We learned that fabric is much more than a raw material. Its composition, construction, weight, stretch, softness, drape and finishing can all influence the way a garment looks, feels and performs. This understanding gradually led us closer to the finished product.
As our experience grew, we expanded into garment manufacturing, first developing our capabilities in knitwear and subsequently across woven apparel. This evolution allowed us to take the knowledge developed through textiles and apply it directly to garment development and production.
“It was a journey from understanding the material to understanding the complete garment. Today, that experience remains at the heart of Waveline.”
— Waveline Founding ProgressionOur textile heritage gives us a different perspective on garment manufacturing. We understand that the quality and performance of a finished garment are influenced by many elements, beginning with the fabric itself.
The right material must work together with the right construction. The construction must support the intended fit and function. Finishing must complement the fabric and garment design. Every element has a role to play.
Our experience with textiles has therefore taught us to look at apparel as a complete product rather than simply a finished item coming off a production line. We consider how fabrics behave during manufacturing, how different materials respond to construction and finishing, and how these factors contribute to the final wearing experience.
The apparel industry is constantly changing. Consumer expectations evolve. Fashion trends move quickly. New fabrics and technologies emerge. Waveline has evolved alongside these changing requirements.
Our initial experience in textile mills gave us a strong technical foundation in yarn composition, knitting tensions, fabric weight, and dyeing chemistry.
Expanding into knit and woven garment manufacturing broadened our capabilities and allowed us to support complete seasonal collections.
We are not defined only by where we started. We are defined by our willingness to learn, adapt, improve, and create lasting value for our customers.
Two Manufacturing Disciplines. One Standard of Excellence. Textile knowledge + Knit expertise + Woven expertise forms an important part of Waveline’s manufacturing identity.
Our knitwear experience covers comfortable, versatile and contemporary garments where softness, movement and wearability are essential. Key items include T-shirts, polo shirts, pullovers, soft garments, resortwear, loungewear and casualwear.
Our woven capabilities complement our knit manufacturing expertise, allowing us to work with a wider variety of apparel constructions and product concepts including woven shirts, trousers, chinos, structured skirts, resortwear, and tailored casualwear.
We believe successful garment manufacturing starts with understanding:
✔ Understanding the fabric
✔ Understanding the product
✔ Understanding the technical requirements
✔ Understanding the customer
✔ Understanding the expectations of the wearer
Our approach is centred around product understanding rather than simply production volume. We aim to approach each product with attention to workmanship, consistency and finishing.
At Waveline, we do not view quality as something that happens only at the end of production. Quality is built throughout the manufacturing journey:
• Starts with understanding the material
• Right materials & accurate construction
• Strengthened by finishing & consistency
• Measured by the wearer’s experience
This is why our approach to quality is built around attention to detail, consistency and product understanding.
“Our standard is: Excellence in Your Wear. Because when a garment carries a customer’s brand, it carries their reputation too.”
— Waveline Quality StandardBehind every garment is a team of people whose knowledge and attention to detail contribute to its final quality. Manufacturing excellence comes from the combination of people, experience, processes and care.

We build relationships beyond production. Direct merchandising and technical accounts managers ensuring transparent communication.
Our experience across textiles, knitwear and woven apparel enables us to work across a diverse range of product categories for everyday wear, leisure, travel or resort environments.
We believe manufacturing is ultimately about relationships. A successful apparel partnership requires more than the ability to produce garments. It requires communication, understanding, reliability and a shared commitment to product quality.
Our objective is to develop long-term relationships with customers who value these principles. We work to understand customer expectations and product requirements while bringing our own experience in textiles and apparel manufacturing to the relationship.
For us, every order is an opportunity to strengthen trust. Every product is an opportunity to demonstrate our capabilities. And every successful delivery is another step toward a long-term partnership.

We listen. We understand. We develop. We manufacture. And we continuously look for ways to improve.
